You have one pay element however on the Standard Payroll Summary report this could be split across 4/5 columns depending on how it was input into the system. There should be an option to amalgamate these into one column on payroll summary report as we then have to go through and manually input a formular to add these columns together for our finance reporting. It should not matter how they are input into the system it should report under one column.
