Pension Refunds - YTD

I am manually refunding pension contributions. This does not reduce/remove the YTD figures. The only way to do this is to rollback- however this is a large payroll, fortnightly and complex, so that isn't an option. There is no way to override pension YTD, or to add a note field on the employee, this would ensure another administrator didn't refund this more than once.
