URGENT - Log In Details

How on earth do most of our administrator users on our client accounts, every month, not be able to log in. We are not a payroll bureau now, we have become IT support, specifically for resetting access, resetting passwords, sending out links to clients. Across myself and my colleagues, most of our emails in the day are dealing with "I can't log into PayCircle", "I've lost access to PayCircle"; this must amount to a couple of hundred emails per day. Its an awful service that urgently needs to be looked into how administrators on a company keep loosing access and employees also keep loosing access to their employee account.

Describe the Challenge Have administrators and employees actually be able to log into PayCircle.
