Why does the gross amount of AVC's show on the payslips, and for the employees with AVC's the employee pension amount isn’t true on the payslip.

The individual amounts appear different because we show the gross AVC amount whilst adjusting the standard contribution to account for tax relief. This ensures total pension contribution and tax relief calculations remain accurate

Although the total of both is correct, we do not believe that the individual amounts are correct which may cause confusion when employees look at their payslips.
