Auto send payroll reports

At the moment, you can’t limit Auto send payroll reports to just one person (e.g. Head of HR) while keeping others as admins. I'd like to be able to choose which reports go to which people!

Additional manual work required as reports need to be downloaded and emailed separately to different recipients.
