When taking on a new client, we need to be able to apply the alternative ID for pension membership. Our clients are not always with Nest or The People's pension. You currently do not allow us to amend the alternative ID and so this has to then be managed manually.
I need the ability to edit this data to ensure I do not have to manage this outside of the system.
