Summarise BIK and SSP entries on the pay element report

In the pay element report, for benefit in kind and for SSP, these are grouped by employee and element rather than just the element, so if there are many employees receiving SSP, each of them has their own heading. This makes it difficult to reconcile as they all have to be added up. Please change this to group within the element itself like salaries and overtime etc.
