Include termination date for non pension members in PAPDIS file

The standard PAPDIS file includes employees who have terminated in the month but does not output the termination date unless they are a member of a pension scheme.

This report is used to manipulate into pension provider formats that are not integrated with Paycircle. Some pension providers need employee data where they are not members of a pension scheme yet as they do assessments on their portal for postponement end dates such as Royal London. If a person has left but not yet joined a pension scheme, when the file is processed, it produces an error to say that they are expecting an employee and then you have to investigate why they are not in the file and it will be this reason. So then we then have to check all terminated employees and ensure that the termination date is added to the pension file.

This is time consuming to have to go through the validation on the pension provider portals and is also prone to error.

The pension provider portals are tightening their validations and it is not helpful when Paycircle is not outputting the required data in the pension report.
