I have a permanent pink dot against my notifications but when I click on it there are none. Says there are 9 auto run notifications but there are none.
Really annoying as I still have to click to make sure there are no genuine ones

It may seem a bit too old school for the Paycircle Team but I still like an alert to come into my e-mail inbox so I know I have something to action, rather than the need to check a permanent pink dot on the bell. An e-mail goes to the client when @mentioned why can't an e-mail go to the bureau user who needs to perform the next task - just the option to switch on e-mail alerts would be nice?
We are seeing the same and feel the need to keep clicking the bell to check, unnecessary time wasted.
