Clearer @mentions/notifications Merged

We need to have notifications for when our clients add notes when not using an @mention (as these are easily missed). The notification bell is not very obvious and should be a more prominent feature. If another member is off and receives an @mention we have to manually search in the notification "team mentions" area rather than having any notifications pop up. It would also be helpful to have an email sent to us when new notes are added/workflow steps have been assigned, as we could then assign a group email address so that nothing is missed.
