I've had to add elements to manipulate the figures on the payslip so they only get taxed on the correct portion of their section 690.
Could this be added in the records somewhere like an AEO or SMP that would calculate the % of earnings to be taxed.
The S690 doesn't usually change for a year, so it would be valid each period unless cancelled.

Hey @Guest, Paycircle already supports this functionality. You can set it up for an employee by doing the following:
Turn on the expat module in the company 'Settings' area
Mark the employee as an expat in their 'Company details'
Set a percentage of the employee's pay as exempt from tax in their 'Pay information'
