Hey @Guest, this is something you can do with the 'Unpaid Leave' element. Like the 'Overtime' or 'Holiday Pay' elements, 'Unpaid Leave' lets you add changes using an employee's rates. This is available when adding a change manually, from the changes table, and via the units import. Any element you create by duplicating it will behave in the same way. 🙂
would prevent having to import with rates and units and can just run with the units
