Moved payroll for employees

Hope you are well.

Using the PayCircle system I have seen that an employee can only be moved once and cannot be moved again, when you are moving an employee to a different payroll frequency for e.g. monthly to weekly.

This is an issue because the employee is not becoming a new starter or leaver as they are still part of the same Company and PAYE reference.
