Once a payroll has run you can no longer add notes to this pay period. This creates emails outside of the system if a client requires a change which goes against us trying to get all payroll data within the system.
Along with that we have clients that have manually journals and reporting that we can;t do until the payroll has run, we then have to either add it to the wrong period or email it password protected which isn't our ideal situation.
