Additional workflow users

Can we have the option to add multiple users when enabling workflow - especially useful if one or more people can approve the reports / covering in times of absence or sickness and means we don't have to keep reassigning admin roles.

The next collaborator should receive a notification when client has approved the reports in workflow.

It would be beneficial for workflow efficiency if the next collaborator were notified as soon as the preceding steps have been completed.

That clients cannot see the payroll when workflow is enabled until we confirm the calculation stage of the payroll is completed

Workflows- dates set as Working days

Our Payroll schedules are set based on working days prior to pay date. It would be nice to have the option to use working days instead of calendar days

Being able to have workflow stages assigned to multiple people

It would be useful to be able to assign workflow stages to multiple people especially the payroll input stage. This would be useful when clients are on holiday as they could have someone else to send in the input on their behalf.

Workflow report

It would be useful to have a workflow report that shows who approved each stage of the workflow and an what date it was done. Particularly the confirmation stage when employers sign off the reports.

Report to show the 4 workflow stages and admin linked to it

There should be a Workflow report that you can print to show the 4 different workflow steps with each admin and their email address linked to each step.

Welcome notes

Would be good to be able to do a site wide note update - as a bureau we have multiple clients/payrolls which means when we want to update or add new welcome notes we have to go into each company
