When changing the holiday entitlement for joiners part way through the year I was unable to record half days, for example 14.50 and i have had to round up to 15

This would be really useful, we have a weekly client 384 employees that work on a 4 on 4 off shift so get an annual entitlement of 22.5 days, added to that if they join partway through the year there are many other times when i need to use half days and currently we can't so are either understating and having to make a note separately or over stating and making sure they don't use the additional days.
I highlighted this to them when we started using the system in 2021!!
