Why is the Bankline (Bulk List) not compatible with Royal Bank, we are having to manipulate the file to get it to go in and is not an easy job when you have 40+ people on the list

This functionality is now available
A new RBS Bulk List bacs format will become available in September. This will match the RBS Bulk List specification and contains a new field in which to enter the template or bulk list reference.
