Ability to set the company default pro-ration method for sickpay

Our company needs "period pro-ration" as the default method for sickness deductions rather than "standard pro-ration". There is the risk of us missing changing this setting when adding sickness and paying incorrectly.

Describe the Challenge paying the correct values when an employee is off sick.

    I also had this issue.

    I think I have found a setting that does default the sickness pro-ration method for a company.

    Not sure if it is new or has already been there and I couldn't see it.


    Company - Settings - PayrollSettings - Sickness

    Pro-ration method: may be set to Period pro-ration (offset), Standard pro-ration or Manual
