Hey! In the 'Payroll settings' area, there is an option to 'Auto accept NI Category updates'. When this is turned on, Paycircle will automatically update the NI categories for certain individuals when you calculate the payroll. This includes, but is not limited to, changing:

Employees under 16 from A to X
Employees under 21 from A to M
Apprentices under 25 from A to H
Employees over state pension age from A to C
