Statutory Elements not to take off gross salary as standard

At the moment, if you put in an element for a statutory element such as: sickness pay (SSP) paternity pay (SPP) or parental bereavement pay (SPBP), the element automatically reduces the salary by the whole amount and only having the element there. If there are 2 weeks SPP or SPBP then this takes out the entire month, when it's 2 weeks.
