When I upload draft payslips to the portal (amazing upgrade thanks) there is no way for the employee to know that they are available.
| Describe the Challenge | This requires the employer to then contact everyone which feels like extra work for them and quote "a step backwards" + alot of shift workers are not actually working at the time and don't naturally scan work emails since their payslip info would be notified to their personal address. |
This would be really useful, i'm trying to get around having to do a rollback every month due to queries being raised. Not a great T&A system at the moment so can't always guarantee there will be no changes. If the draft could be treated similar to a final payslip with a notification it would be a better experience for employees
