Pension refund no obvious on the online payslip

When there is a pension refund the online payslip does not display this as such it looks like another pension deduction.

Describe the Challenge

I have multiple employees contacting me saying their pension refund has not been processed. The information is clearly presented in the PDF copy but people don't get past the portal online payslip. Please make it more obvious on the portal that this is a pension refund.
