Display records that did not import

I have imported data and it has skipped certain records. Examples are, department or cost centre codes are not set up in the system, field dependencies e.g. effective date for a salary import (this includes new starter salaries). There is no way of checking which records were skipped. I believe there is something in PeopleHR but if you are not linked to this, there is nothing that you can check against apart from manually checking every import which defeats the purpose of importing.
