When setting a new AEO up on a monthly payroll and selecting separate BACS file to pay on recurring day of the month (19th), a BACS file isn't created until the following month when it should be created when the payroll is run and the first deduction from pay has been made. It is not always possible to select relative to pay frequency and x amount of days after pay date as pay dates can vary each month eg. Last Friday. It is not acceptable to delay the first payment to the organisation until the following month. A PAYE BACS file is created for a recurring date of 22nd for the current month payroll so why wouldn't an AEO BACS file?
