Automated emails to clients for PAYE payment, can they be combined to show a total for the PAYE referenc instead of individual weekly / monthly etc.

Our clients who currently have combined payroll runs, i.e. weekly and monthly, will phone us to ask what they are to pay to HMRC each month as they get a separate email for the weekly runs and monthly runs. Combined would be more helpful.

Notification of a new document being uploaded to the Employee Portal

We are uploading documents to the employee portal such as SSP1's and SMP1's it would be useful if this could trigger a notification to the employee that this has been uploaded to their portal.

Email Notification when someone has "@" you in notes

Whilst the "Bell" Icon shows any notifications when you have been "@", it would be a good idea to be notified by email, as payrollers check this on a more regular basis, so nothing is missed.

Send payslip as an email attachment to people's private email

Everybody needs a copy of their payslips, P60s, etc, and they should always be sent by email to directly to the employees private email address. Just like in the past you would get a payslip posted to your home address for safe-keeping.

I believe the Automated Emails function is fantastic, however adding in the ability to create a bespoke email that will be automatically send each payroll run would be even better.
