Reports for Live Employees only

We need to set up reports to show only live employees. It would be useful to be able to filter on Leave Date with "is not blank". A lot of our payrolls do not have HMRC reporting so we cannot use this field for accurate exclusion of leavers.

We would like to add recurring notes to clients about legislation changes so they appear in the clients notes area every month until removed. Specific example information about upcoming BIKs, Christmas Closure Dates etc

Weekly reports to show week number at top of page

It would be useful to show the week number on the reports as a header, next to the pay period. Instead of just the working period it is due to pay.

Keep admin user's name on their notes once their access is removed

When an admin user is removed from Paycircle, all of the notes they have added have their name removed. This seems to apply to client and bureau admin users.

Being able to reopen scheme on paycircle

Schemes get re-opened when either the business still needs the scheme or when corrections are required, you cannot do the latter if you have to create a new company as the submissions would be duplicated

For P60's not to be issued when employees are on hold and had no salary in the year.

Can you introduce a way of stopping automatic P60's from being issued for employees that are on hold and have not had a salary in the year instead of them automatically being sent?
