History for Pay Increases - Report

This function would be great if a pay increase history was more visible on the employees record And with additional comments below, reportable.

Reports for Live Employees only

We need to set up reports to show only live employees. It would be useful to be able to filter on Leave Date with "is not blank". A lot of our payrolls do not have HMRC reporting so we cannot use this field for accurate exclusion of leavers.

Include the last 4 digits for the relevant tax year and month on the HMRC notifcation emails.

Clients are paying HMRC using the reference given which is just the account office reference. HMRC are not allocating the payments made to the correct months.
