Sometimes, it's only in the following month that we learn an Ee has left in the previous month. So only his/her figures need to be altered, especially when the Ee should be getting less. The other Ees figures should remain untouched.
Can you please add the option for us to turn off the auto proration of salaries at bureau level as more often than not the figure the system calculates is incorrect so we have to manually calculate it anyway.

Software to be able to backdate and calculate Directors National insurance
More often than not, clients do no advise us of new directors. This can be entered into the software a month or more after the appointment date. Most software's can recalculate in month 12 based on the appointment date and the YTD figures.
