For P60's not to be issued when employees are on hold and had no salary in the year.
Can you introduce a way of stopping automatic P60's from being issued for employees that are on hold and have not had a salary in the year instead of them automatically being sent?
Link payroll sicknesses added to employees to HR tracker
The HR holiday and sickness tracker should be linked to any sickness absence dates added to payroll. Currently you have to add the information in two different places which is inefficient.
Most clients don't like the pink colour as it doesn't seem professional and come across as girly. Black, grey or options for other neutral colours should be an option.
Change Total Payments: to Taxable Pay: on the payslip
Having different terminology (Gross Pay, Total Pay, Taxable Pay) on payslip is confusing and it would be accurate if payslip was worded appropriately. Please change the wordings - Total payments: to Taxable pay: in the payments column of the payslip
Be able to record holiday entitlement in half days
When changing the holiday entitlement for joiners part way through the year I was unable to record half days, for example 14.50 and i have had to round up to 15
