Hi there, I've been told that PayCircle retains personal data for 10 years. This is in conflict with GDPR policies from ICO and the ICAEW. Can Paycircle change their data retention policies to 7 years from the moment an employee leaves?

Currently, there is no option to set up the Non-AE pension scheme based on Qualifying Earnings (QE). Would be helpful if we can have the option to set it up based on QE as well.
Include the client reference number within auto emails
