Alabaster Ruling in unpaid SMP to be able to amend through schedule rather than manually

We've had an employee that had pay rise a week after finishing the 39 weeks of paid SMP. Alabaster ruling is she should be paid the difference, however, there is no way to do this through a Completed schedule - even though she is in her SMP period...
