Ability to have prorated weeks as in pay spine but for all payroll without having to use the spines

To have the notes section in the menu rather than in the payroll so don't have to keep going into payroll to access to send a note or a bureau section that lists all clients and an indicator if there are unread notes in there.

Be able to have a deduction element for unit based that pulls the rates from the employee record especially if sickness is being enter in hours

Having net payments such as expenses added to Total Gross Pay on summary reports would make reconciling to client spreadsheets a lot easier. This is the case on Sage and works well.
