Previous or current month filter option on bespoke reports

When we write our own reports especially when formatting for pension uploads it would be great if we could put a filter on that has the option of either previous period or current month as the date filters don't really work in this scenario

Add employee middle name to the custom report builder

At the moment, you can only report on forename and surname. You can add the middle name into Paycircle but you can't report on it.
