The online payslip version labels total gross payments as "salary" and then splits out the individual gross payments including salary below. This is misleading for employees.

Our clients who currently have combined payroll runs, i.e. weekly and monthly, will phone us to ask what they are to pay to HMRC each month as they get a separate email for the weekly runs and monthly runs. Combined would be more helpful.

We have been moved from Sage payroll to Paycircle and we cannot print any of the reports onto a single page and still read them. The reporting needs to be improved with only necessary information shown in a readable format for an employer.

With holidays rates having to be calculated on average pay rather than basic hourly rates could Paycircle take all the earnings the person had and average their hourly rate across 52 weeks to get the rate we need to pay for holiday

Would it be possible, when the workplace pension re-enrolment window is open, that before the payroll is finalised Paycircle warns us that the pension re-enrolment date will be processed as that date unless we move it forward to a later period.

It would be helpful if Paycircle could automatically update the client re-enrolment dates once the re-enrolment has happened. Even just adding 3 years to the date should be a relatively simple feature.

When an employee is not entitled to SMP or SSP it would be useful if Pay circle could pre populate information such as the employees details and the company details

Having an area to add notes about the company in general that can be easily referred back to and aren't stored in a month but just in the company. This would be good for adding general processing notes such as overriding pension amounts etc so tha...
