    Bureau Level HMRC login details

    Currently the HMRC login for clients is on a client by client basis. It would be good to have a bureau level login and password option so we can only enter the details once.

    Allow more than 3 pensions to have BACs as this is currently capped

    The pension disbursements are currently capped at 3 pension schemes, so if clients have more than three pension schemes we are unable to submit BACs, can we remove the limit as this affects payrolls with AE pensions and Private pensions

    Payslips for some periods in the month

    I think it would be useful to be able to access payslips for a quarter or a tax year for set employees instead of downloading month by month or having to go into the team area and download one payslip per month.

    Phone app rather than web browser for Employee portal

    A client has asked whether the employee portal has a phone app. We were told that at the moment they have to login to their portal via a web browser. An app would add a personal touch.

    Sort out the notifications

    I have a permanent pink dot against my notifications but when I click on it there are none. Says there are 9 auto run notifications but there are none. Really annoying as I still have to click to make sure there are no genuine ones
