We (HR) use the notes section to add pay changes for that specific month for our payroll team to process. Currently, we are unable to add notes for future months. Is there a way to add a notes for future months before that month begins?

I believe the Automated Emails function is fantastic, however adding in the ability to create a bespoke email that will be automatically send each payroll run would be even better.
