Please can we get a report on the actual hours people work which is held on their record. We need to be able to know this for minimum wage calculations and gender pay gap reporting

Previous or current month filter option on bespoke reports

When we write our own reports especially when formatting for pension uploads it would be great if we could put a filter on that has the option of either previous period or current month as the date filters don't really work in this scenario

Control when P45's are released I.E on pay day

We would like a function to choose when we upload P45's. Currently they are uploaded onto EE portal when payroll is finalised, however it would be great if we could control when they are uploaded I.E in line with payslips
