Add functionality for aggregated earnings

Paycircle does not seem to offer any direct functionality around aggregated earnings, which is required in some circumstances.

A report to show which clients have registered for Paycircle.

To see who has registered for Paycircle and which client need an additional email to register. This would be helpful to larger groups as it takes time to go through individually.

Some reports spill over 2+ pages in PDF, however, if we were able to resize the columns when creating, this could be reduced to 1-2 pages.
