The next collaborator should receive a notification when client has approved the reports in workflow.

It would be beneficial for workflow efficiency if the next collaborator were notified as soon as the preceding steps have been completed.

It would be helpful if Paycircle could automatically update the client re-enrolment dates once the re-enrolment has happened. Even just adding 3 years to the date should be a relatively simple feature.

Weekly reports to show week number at top of page

It would be useful to show the week number on the reports as a header, next to the pay period. Instead of just the working period it is due to pay.

Contact details for when you can't access the website

We cannot access Paycircle and its has something to do with applying MFA as a security policy. We need some help from Access's side to get matters resolved by without access to Paycircle we are struggling to know how to escalate matters.

Bureau Level HMRC login details

Currently the HMRC login for clients is on a client by client basis. It would be good to have a bureau level login and password option so we can only enter the details once.

Additional workflow users

Can we have the option to add multiple users when enabling workflow - especially useful if one or more people can approve the reports / covering in times of absence or sickness and means we don't have to keep reassigning admin roles.
