Our clients are having major issues with logging in as admins. Email address and passwords not being accepted. 90% of the calls we're receiving from our clients are either the admins not being able to login in or employees not being able to access...

Sometimes, it's only in the following month that we learn an Ee has left in the previous month. So only his/her figures need to be altered, especially when the Ee should be getting less. The other Ees figures should remain untouched.
